Can you learn a specific Persian song or our exact first-dance version?
Yes. We review your song requests with the musician and confirm whether the piece can be performed live. Send us the exact recording so we can discuss the arrangement, preparation time and any additional fee. Custom pieces may require several weeks of preparation, depending on the instrument, song and complexity.
Can we hear the actual musician before booking?
We can share available performance samples for the musician being considered for your date. Tell us whether you are interested in acoustic ceremony music, a cocktail set or a live performance with the DJ, so we can discuss examples relevant to your booking. We also review the performer’s repertoire and performance format with you before finalizing the plan.
How long are live sets, and what happens during breaks?
Live sets typically run around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the musician, performance style and event schedule. Shorter featured performances may last around 10 to 15 minutes. We schedule rest periods between sets and coordinate each performance with your event timeline. Confirm the total playing time with your musician, and arrange a DJ or recorded background music separately if you want music to continue during breaks.
Is sound equipment included, and do acoustic musicians need amplification?
Equipment needs depend on the musician, instrument, venue and performance setting. Acoustic instruments may still need amplification for outdoor ceremonies, larger spaces or crowded receptions. We confirm which sound equipment, microphones and technical support are included in your booking and whether any additional equipment is needed. If you also need an officiant’s microphone or a separate ceremony sound system, we can discuss those requirements as part of your event plan.
Can a relative sing while the musician accompanies them?
We can review this as a custom performance request. Send us the song, a reference recording and the singer’s preferred key, and we will check the accompaniment with the proposed musician. Once the arrangement is agreed, we can plan the performance cue and any rehearsal or vocal sound requirements, with additional preparation included in your proposal where needed.
Will our venue need insurance paperwork for the musicians?
